Maintaining aircraft was my profession and passion for over 50 years. I am licensed by British Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and American Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on Aircraft and Power plant maintenance engineering. .
Now retired after serving government of Bahrain for over 26 years. Where I have trained young Bahrainis to higher skills of aircraft maintenance. I have work exposures to almost all larger aircraft carriers including Concorde supersonic as a part of my employment with Gulf Air, Bahrain prior to joining the ministry. My specialty was helicopters while I was with the Bahrain ministry. During my stay with them a full fledged maintenance facility for helicopters was developed and managed by me. This tiny middle east country became my second home in a matter of 36 long years of close association. Good people, nice country I spent more time in Bahrain than in my own country. I had to leave the country for the illness of Susan my wife. My signatures however remains in the aviation history of Bahrain because of my pioneering services to Gulf Air, Bahrain Airport Services and the Ministry of Defense. My gratitude to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
